Haven't thought of a proper name for this guy yet, and I don't think I'm even gonna stick with this design, but he's the creator of Patches.

He made Patches from the remnants of his friend who died shielding him from some sort of an explosion or something. Haven't thought it through but it's gonna be sad!!
