OMG, I FINALLY FINISHED THIS!!!
This thing took me, like, around 8 hours to do, or something like that. I lost track a while ago. This is for the  project, and I am very happy with it!Lugia wasn't supposed to have a gender, but people are drawing male and female versions of all the pokemon, I decided to go with male. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
